🚗 What is the Mobile Installation Process?
You can schedule service online, by phone, or through chat. Once your order is placed, we dispatch a technician directly to your location. In most cases, installation fees are included in the product price, with no additional charges other than applicable taxes. Mileage fees apply only when the technician must travel a significant distance.
⏱️ When will my mobile installer arrive?
Most installations are handled by providers using our mobile application, allowing us to share real‑time updates such as estimated arrival time, live tracking, and direct communication—similar to rideshare services. When a third‑party delivery network is used, we provide the same level of communication whenever available.
🔋 What brands do you carry?
We offer a wide selection of high‑quality, industry‑leading battery brands. Availability varies by region and inventory levels.
🏷️ I didn’t receive the brand shown in the product photo—why?
Inventory varies by region, so you may occasionally receive a different brand than the one pictured. All batteries we supply meet OEM specifications and include full warranty coverage.
There are only a few major battery manufacturers in the United States; many well‑known brands—such as AC Delco, DieHard, Duralast, and Interstate—are produced by the same manufacturers and differentiated primarily by labeling.
🌎 Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship only within the United States and Canada. Most orders are fulfilled locally, and product availability will be shown at checkout.
📦 Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Most deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Some smaller items may be available through special order—please contact customer service for assistance.
✈️ Do you ship to Hawaii or Alaska?
Yes, some products can be shipped to Hawaii and Alaska. Additional shipping charges may apply. When a local provider is available, items may ship directly from them, which can reduce costs.
💲 How are shipping rates calculated?
We ship from multiple locations, and shipping rates are based on the distance from the originating ZIP code to your address. Orders over $75 that are not subject to weight restrictions, core returns, or other exceptions qualify for free ground shipping.
🧾 Will I be charged sales tax?
Yes. Sales tax is applied in all U.S. states and Canada. Tax is calculated at checkout. Resellers who qualify for tax exemption should contact customer service to set up an exempt account.

🔄 How do I return an item?
Contact customer service to obtain a Return Authorization. We accept returns within 30 days, minus freight charges, with no questions asked. For items outside the 30‑day window but still under manufacturer warranty, we recommend contacting the manufacturer first; if issues arise, we will assist.
Installed automotive or vehicle batteries are not eligible for refunds. For warranty concerns, please contact customer service by phone or chat during business hours.
Invalid credit card disputes will void all warranties.
🛡️ Are your items covered by a warranty?
Yes. All products include the original manufacturer’s warranty. For many vehicle batteries, we extend coverage from the standard 12–18 months up to three years. Unused items may be returned within 30 days.
Mobile‑installed vehicle and deep‑cycle batteries are not returnable, but replacements are available under warranty.
